McCoy Farms is family owned and operated by Bob and Mary Beth McCoy. The business was founded in 2011. They believe in providing quality premier pasture boarding with all the conveniences of stall boarding.
Bob McCoy was born in Atlanta and raised in Free Home, GA. He graduated from Cherokee High School and went on to study at Georgia Tech.
Bob and his wife, Mary Beth have 3 adult
children; Matthew, Joey and Courtney, along with 4 grandchildren. They belonged to the local Methodist Church and taught youth Sunday school. These days they attend Browns Bridge Church, a non-denominational Christian Church.
Bob has been in the Free Home Community for 60 years where he had been a Boy Scout leader with his son’s scout troupe. Bob and Mary Beth were therapeutic foster parents for the past 16 years and worked with teenage girls.
